If you've never heard of this guy and you're a musician, do yourself a favor and watch some of his videos. Dude is a genius! I'd recommend grabbing a pen and paper because you're gonna want to take notes.
His videos range from in depth music theory explanations to track by track breakdowns of some of the best songs in existence. There is even a playlist of "Rick's Rants", specially reserved for his musings on copyrights, the current state of music, and other random topics. He's got a book on music theory and an ear training course available for purchase on his website that I HIGHLY recommend looking into - the ear training course in particular is revolutionary.
